Unlabelled Update 2.1.4

Hi !
The update v2.1.4 come with flows changes:
- Fixed the startup Path issue (occur when set the viewer startup with windows)
- Add system tray icon for both 9hviewer and 9hmultiss
 + Tray icon usage: right click - Hide | left click - Show | middle click - Exit
 + Command line argument: --minimized
